Linda’s extensive real estate knowledge and experience in the Harford, Baltimore and Southern Cecil County areas provides her a unique view of the real estate market and trends enabling her clients to make the best decisions for their needs and desires. A long time resident of 40 years in Fallston, Linda sells residential and commercial properties in Harford, Baltimore and Cecil Counties. Specializing in working with First Time Homebuyers, military families, clients transferring, and those ready to either move up or down size, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Linda takes a great deal of pride in showing off the area she knows and loves better than most agents.

Linda uses the latest Internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Linda is happy to share the long list of sites where her Sellers’ homes are featured. Likewise, Linda’s web site provides her Buyers with a daily updated list of homes for sale and other valuable information. She understands that her clients are just as busy as she, so she is flexible in scheduling appointments to meet her clients’ needs whenever she is able.

In 1993, Linda graduated Cum Laude from Towson University with a B.S. in Education. Her education, attention to detail, and strong work ethic has always been priorities and she has instilled these qualities in her own children. Linda continues her real estate education as the industry’s trends, laws and market continually change. 

Her constant dedication to service has earned Linda many awards throughout the years. Linda has had the honor of receiving top agent in her office and top 10 in her region.

Linda is a member in good standing of the Harford County Board of Realtors (HCR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to the MD a Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Linda believes that being a Realtor is more than about joining professional associations; she believes Realtors should be involved in the communities they work, as well. Linda has served her community in many capacities from teaching GED classes at Harford Community College to volunteering at a local animal shelter. She and Exit Realty support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.

It is Linda’s belief that the best path to her success is to help others get what they need to realize their success.
